Sunn Mere Dil first poster was released on 9th September 2024 on the official Har Pal Geo YouTube Channel. The poster in the video features the cast of Sunn Mere Dil drama. Renowned writer Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar pens this signature project as he aces the romance genre. The project is said to discover a new meaning of love and promises to deliver steller performances of the lead pair Wahaj Ali and Maya Ali. The serial is directed by Haseeb Hasan and produced by Abdullah Kadwani & Asad Qureshi under the banner of their production house 7th Sky Entertainment.

The first look revealed the characters of the cast. The gorgeous Maya Ali is seen in a bride look playing the character of Sadaf and the intense-looking heartthrob Wahaj Ali as Bilal Abdullah. The first look depicts an intense one-sided love saga and creates interest in the characters of Bilal and Sadaf.
