An automated call operator will explain to you about your current balance in the Urdu language according to the option you choose and also tell you all the existing packages and the menu to change them.

You can also check your jazz balance using the “Jazz World” App but Wait! Not only your balance but also you can check all the jazz services which jazz provides their customers. You can track and manage your all activities of your sim. On this app, you can pay the bill, recharge your account, check usage history, and check your current packages, and check SMS, call and internet packages details. First, you have to install the “Jazz World” app on your smartphone.
Log in with your Jazz Number or Facebook Account.
After Login, you will see your current balance on the App screen.
