Haroon Kadwani was born on 6th September in Karachi, Sindh. He started his education at the British Overseas School, where he completed his O-Levels, and later earned his A-Levels from Cedar College in 2018.

Balancing his studies with an early acting career and sports, he actively trained in Taekwondo for six years (2006-2012), earning a Kukkiwon Red-Black Poom belt along with five Gold trophies. He then pursued Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for two years starting in 2015. In 2010, he competed in a 15-day inter school football tournament. He also excelled in cricket, earning the Man of the Series award during a T10 tournament at the British Overseas School in 2015.
