The interim administration has declared a decrease in petrol prices in Pakistan for the upcoming two-week period, starting on October 1, 2023, until October 15, 2023. In accordance with the specifics, the government has raised the rates for both petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) starting today.

According to the government announcement, the petrol price in Pakistan today has been decreased by Rs. 8 per litre while the price of light diesel Oil (LDO) is unchanged. The price of high-speed diesel (HSD) is also reduced by Rs. 11 per litre and the price of kerosene oil has been unchanged.
The new petrol price in Pakistan is Rs. 323.38 per litre, while the Price of high-speed diesel (HSD) is now Rs. 318.18 per litre. The new price of kerosene oil will be Rs. 164.07 per litre and new price of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) remains at the previous rate of Rs. 147.68 per litre.
