The tickets for the upcoming Pak vs NZ T20I series is on sale in Lahore from 2nd April 2023.
The series consists of three matches and will take place on April 14, 15, and 17 at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.
New Zealand tour of Pakistan 2023 tickets
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released the ticket prices for various enclosures in the stadium, which range from PKR 250 to PKR3,000.
- VVIP Enclosure (Wasim Akram) — Rs3,500
- VIP Enclosures (Fazal Mahmood and Imran Khan) — Rs2,000
- Premium (Raja’s and Saeed Anwar) — Rs1,000
- First class (Abdul Qadir, AH Kardar, Javed Miandad and Sarfaraz Nawaz) — Rs500
- General (Hanif Mohammad, Imtiaz Ahmed, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Majid Khan, Nazar, Quaid, Saeed Ahmed and Zaheer Abbas) — Rs250
In the first phase, the tickets are available online at pcb.bookme.pk and fans can buy them using their original ID cards.
According to the press release by PCB, “The fans will be required to bring their original ID or B-Forms (for those under the age of 18) to gain entry in the stadium”.
In the second phase, physical tickets will be available from April 6 2023.
Information about the locations where the items will be sold will be released at an appropriate time.
The ticket details for the matches in Rawalpindi and Karachi will be announced at a later time.
Schedule change announced for Pakistan’s ODI series against New Zealand
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has made changes to the schedule and locations for the upcoming ODI series against New Zealand.
The five-match series was originally scheduled to take place between April 26th and May 7th, with Rawalpindi hosting the first ODI and Karachi hosting the remaining four.
However, the PCB has now announced that the first ODI will be played on April 27th, one day later than previously planned. The second ODI has also been rescheduled to April 29th, with Rawalpindi hosting both the first and second ODI. The final three ODIs will still be played in Karachi as originally planned.
Before the ODI series, a T20I series consisting of five matches will take place from April 14th to 24th. The schedule and locations for the T20Is have not been altered, and Lahore will host the first three matches while the final two matches will be held in Rawalpindi.
This is an additional tour by the New Zealand cricket team and the matches will count towards ICC Team Rankings. The Pakistan vs New Zealand ODI series 2023 will help Pakistan to prepare their side for the ACC Asia Cup 2023 and ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
The T20I matches will assist the PCB to continue with their rebuilding of the side for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, which will be held in the USA and West Indies in June/July 2024.
